Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to cancel any order in the event of stocks being unavailable for delivery, due to acts beyond our control. A full refund will be given or alternative offered.
Refunds : We will refund any item that is returned unworn and tags still present. Postage is non refundable on returning the item/s.
All items returned are subject to a £5.00 administration fee, this is deducted from any refunded amount. Exchanges - These are exchanged FREE of charge if faulty and returned by normal post and not by the means of which original postage was selected, In the case of a customer error on ordering a minimum of £2.50 to a maximum £9.95 is chargeable (depending on items) to cover the additional postage & packaging costs, Any refunds are paid by cheque or paypal. All returned goods must be sent by recorded delivery to ensure proof of postage. Items must be returned within 7 days of receipt of purchase, failure to return within the specified period will be an exchange only basis. All garments must be returned in original condition and free of any odours I.E Tobacco smoke / Food smells.

Complaints - All complaints are to be made in writing by email to support@thecamoshop.co.uk.
Deliveries : We use different methods of postage from Royal Mail to Courier where items are in stock we aim to deliver your items within 3-7 days from our acknowledgement and processing of your order. We mail items on a Monday, Wednesday and Friday only , this enables us to offer LOW postage, alternatively insured courier or special delivery is made available for URGENT orders. FREE delivery applies on orders over £150 but excludes bedchairs and bivvys due to weight and courier costs. Some item sizes we only supply to order and if we are out of stocks of these the chosen item we will deliver your item the next day once we have been restocked by our suppliers. A email to advise will be sent to our customer. We accept no responsibility in the event of deliveries being delayed on any chosen postage method. If the courier has attempted delivery this is taken as proof of the delivery being met. We will supply a tracking number to ensure you have details of all parcel locations during transit if selecting courier delivery. Also please note that if no insured courier or special delivery has been selected, parcels are only automatically covered upto £36.00 for claims in the event of loss or non delivery. The Camo Shop recommends upgrading your delivery service if your order item is in excess of this value.
